Wall Panel Price per Sqft: Market, Our and Promo Prices Explained

What per-sqft pricing covers, how our market, regular and promo prices compare on both panel lines, and what changes your wall panel quotation.

Wall Panel Price per Sqft: Market, Our and Promo Prices Explained

Wall panels are almost always priced per square foot, and most quotations you see will show more than one figure. That can be confusing when you only want to know what your wall will cost. This article explains what "per sqft" covers, what the market price, our price and the promo price each mean on our two product lines, and which details on your wall move the final quotation up or down.

How per-sqft pricing works

A per-sqft price is a rate, not a total. It is multiplied by the area of panel your wall needs, so two walls with the same material can end up at very different totals.

Working out the area

Measure the width and the height of the wall in feet and multiply them. That gives you the rough area in square feet. If you measure in metres, write that down instead; we can convert it when we prepare the quotation.

Openings and cut-outs

Windows, doors and large built-ins reduce the panelled area, but they also add cutting and edge finishing. Mention them when you send your measurements so the quotation reflects the real wall, not a perfect rectangle.

Why every price says "from"

Each rate is a starting point for a straightforward wall in a standard finish. Your wall may sit at that figure or a little above it, depending on the factors described further down this page.

Market price, our price and promo price

We show three figures side by side so you can see where our rates sit against the wider market.

Market price

This is the typical starting rate you would come across when comparing wall panel suppliers. We list it as a reference point only.

Our price

This is our regular starting rate, before the promotion is applied. When you compare several quotations, it is the figure that shows how our everyday pricing sits against other suppliers.

Promo price

This is the current promotional rate, and it includes installation. Promo installation is subject to site inspection, so we confirm it once we have seen the condition of the wall and the access to your home or premises.

The two product lines and their rates

Our collection is split into two price lines. Every material in a line shares the same starting rates.

Standard Wall Panel line

This line covers wood-grain planks, fluted panels with vertical flutes, water-resistant PVC panels and slatted acoustic panels.

  • Market price from RM50/sqft
  • Our price from RM30/sqft
  • Promo from RM25/sqft with installation included

A note on acoustic panels

Acoustic panels sit in the Standard line, but offices, studios and media rooms often need a particular specification. That specification is quoted per job, so share how the room is used when you ask for a price.

Marble Wall Panel line

This line covers marble-look panels with a gloss PU finish in Gold, Silver and Black.

  • Market price from RM80/sqft
  • Our price from RM48/sqft
  • Promo from RM38/sqft with installation included

What moves your quotation up or down

Two walls of the same size can still be priced differently. These are the details we look at.

Wall area

The bigger the area, the more panel and handling it needs. This is the single largest part of most quotations.

Material and finish

Moving from the Standard line to the Marble line changes the base rate. Within a line, the finish you choose is part of the conversation too.

Condition of the existing wall

Cracks, damp patches, uneven plaster or old wallpaper may need attention before panels go up. A clear photo helps us spot this early.

Installation pattern, site access and additional work

A simple vertical layout is the most direct to install. Mixed patterns, framed sections, high walls, tight access or extra work such as trims, lighting cut-outs or removing an old feature wall are all priced into the quotation.

How the booking is confirmed

Once you are happy with the quotation, a small deposit confirms the booking. Delivery and installation follow after that.

Getting an accurate price for your wall

The fastest route to a clear figure is a good photo and two rough measurements. Stand back far enough to show the whole wall, including the floor and ceiling edges, and note the width and height. Enquiries are welcome from every town, and delivery and installation are confirmed on WhatsApp. Local details are on our pages for wall panels in Shah Alam, Johor Bahru and George Town.
